Yes, we do! We have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) available, providing coverage of up to $1,000,000 for vendor-related needs. If you require a COI for your event, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide the necessary documentation.
9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The earliest we can arrive at your destination is 9:00 AM. The latest we can leave is 12:00 AM.
If troubleshooting is needed, there will be a number on the printer where guests can call or text. A team member is always within 5 to 10 minutes of your venue and will be there as soon as possible. If you opted for the Signature experience, an attendant will be on-site to troubleshoot.
We accept Zelle, cash, and credit card.
Yes! We offer unlimited prints per session.
We will send over 1 template and allow for one revision.
